*singsongs* Aren’t libraries the most beautiful place in the world?! For the past few years, I hardly read physical copies of the books I read. Yes, visits to the library are very rare in my life. 😦 SO WHEN I ACTUALLY GOOOO?? IT’S A MAGICAL TIME AND I BORROW LOTS AND LOTS OF BOOKS!! (I only borrowed 5 this time, which I have to say is pretty impressive because I always end up borrowing 12-15 books. The self-control here is pretty evident guys, don’t you think?) OR MAYBE IT’S TERRIBLE AND SAD BECAUSE ONLY FIVE BOOKS?!? Come on, Michelle!!
Anyway, here’s what I borrowed!
*don’t mind the horrible photography*
A reread from when I first read it when it released. I’m so behind in the series and I want to reread the first one before diving in. It’s been a long time! XD I absolutely loved it the first time, and I’m hoping it’ll be the same for me the second time around. It also happens to be taller than the others which I think means I should read it first? Near perfect picture let me tell you! 😛
This one has been on my TBR for a while now. I tried reading this before and couldn’t finish it. The beginning wasn’t captivating enough for me to continue reading, but I’m trying it again. This is gonna be interesting. Let’s hope it’s not another DNF.
A reread yet again. I’ve forgotten what has happened and thought it would be a good idea if I reread it then proceeded to read the sequel, See How They Run. Ally Carter is a guilty pleasure of mine. I don’t love her writing as it seems rather juvenile to me now, but I really enjoyed her books in my elementary school days, so we’ll see how this new series goes. The covers are gorgeous though!!
THE SEQUEL AFTER THAT ENDING. So many questions that must be answered! I wonder if they will continue with this possible Alexei and Grace ship… And all the other stuff that I forgot but I read the last page of All Fall Down before writing this (without actually reading the book). Maybe I should do a recap instead of that dreaded review… I just wanna read Book 2!! D:
Mhm YES! Time for another reread and I can finally write a proper review for this one! This series is such a diamond in the rough. Absolutely a journey you want to take with these novels. Michael Grant doesn’t disappoint with this stellar concept and series! Review of Book 1 here
That’s all for my first ever Library Haul! Kinda boring but still THE BOOKS are decent rereads, so I’ll definitely be enjoying myself!!
Keep calm and read on,
